Apparently this was originally a joke told by a Scots comedian by the name of Frankie Boyle.

The thing was tipped off as a joke by the fact that people were drinking in a Temperance Hall. And the venue mentioned doesn't really exist.

Someone took Frankie's joke and turned it into reality! Cool!

This is some of Mr Boyle's humour. It's a bit strong so is Pg13.
