I have to vote for Grandpa Munster - My son pointed out to me that Monson is a well, a chubby, rounded sort of fellow and Count Chocula is more angular.

Another vote for Count Chocula. Grandpa Munster is round (as someone already mentioned) and kinda cute & cuddly in that halloweenish way.
