Shady? yes. Unethical? yes. Immoral? God yes. Illegal? I doubt it.

I love this part: (A Romney campaign official said by email that Restore Our Future is an “independent entity” and therefore the campaign could not comment on its contributions. “Mitt Romney follows both the letter of the law and the spirit of the law in all circumstances,” the official said.)

Shows he has surrounded himself with Morgbots....sheesh spirit and letter of the law.....

lets talk about the contributions to Obama's last campaign made with untraceable prepaid credit cards.

I heard the untraceable contributions came from Muslims.

"four donors who contributed $1 million apiece, including John Paulson, the Wall Street hedge fund kingpin who made billions betting against the housing market, and two corporate partnerships listed at the Provo, Utah, address of Steven J. Lund, a former chief executive of Nu Skin Enterprises and a longtime Romney backer who has been a leader in the Mormon Church."

Wonder who the LDS leader is? Wonder also if this is why the Church just last week assured everyone they were staying out of the election.

Yet more stupidity from the "Citizens United" ruling....stunts like these shoot people's trust in candidates just as they twist electoral law. However this reinforces the view of Mitt as SLC's made man and their apparatchik. In the end it might not be the "peculiarities" of Mormonism that sink Romney, just weird money.

[All this is said by a nevermo and a registered Democrat.]

The 'news' (CNN, CBS, NBC, Etc. types) don't even mention 'The Church' & high ranking members (LDS) as a possible secret donors.
