President, thank you for using using the spirit to discern that Bishop Higgins...

was a fraud. Thank you for being the type of man that is worthy to receive the spirit, whenever a fraud comes along. I know that President Kimball did not detect Mark Hoffman as a fraud because he was told by Jesus, probably in the Holy of Holies, to "let it go" in order to test the rest of us.
