Cont'd topic: significant SLT article by Peggy Fletcher Stack....

This IS big, for sure. Read the hundreds of comments after the article, very eye opening, and the vast majority of the banter is against the Church, not defending it.

One person who posted is Ed Firmage, Jr. Wasn't he married to a daughter of Apostle Hugh B. Brown? He has a long and thoughtful response to this issue.

I suspect Ed Firmage, Jr is a son of the older Ed Firmage and maybe the elder was married to the Brown daughter but I'm guessing.

Ed Firmage Jr. is the son of Ed. Firmage who is the grandson of Hugh B. Brown

The LDS church is admitting they are changing the game. Instead of continuing down the same line of indoctrination, they are changing course......and continuing the indoctrination by adding a few facts. In this way, they are less likely to lose that 12 year old as he grows older and hears SOME of the same facts. By doing this, it further embeds the indoctrination. Now those same facts that may have caused someone to THINK won't work.

The LDS church has changed course before, and the sheep keep following.
