Even the Atheists behave like a church as do the ruined word people organizations. Why not just study all of the scriptures and use the 10 Commandments, and the two main commandments given by Jesus Christ as a guide to determine what is the truth of all the scripture writings - and all other writings. Just use common sense and positive logic with them. I see no reason to join any church. -After checking on them all. All churches - including you Ex-mormons' Church, have doctrines, - a lot of them which make no sense when scriptures of any kind are compared. My parents never went to any church. I see no reason to worry about any. Scriptures indicate everyone was saved from immediate death ahead of time by Christ's Planned Blood giving in the future when Adam and Eve broke the law or they would have died immediately just like anything else that breaks a physical law like gravity or magnetism. You smash something with a hammer, -it is pretty much dead. -and physical laws are laws created by God also. So Likewise, those 10 commandments and disobedience to the "thou shalt not eat" of something are God's Laws and would have had the same associated death if the Death of Christ wasn't planned. -Otherwise there would be no reason to pray to the Heavenly Father -In Jesus Christ's Name as he says to many times in that which is written of Him.

Why would atheists follow the 10 commandments when the first 4 are all about appeasing an insecure, egotistical "god"? We can do better than that, how about "don't protect priests that molest children"?

Why rely on any bronze age mythology for guidance in the the 21st century? Well, unless you believe in stoning disobedient children to death and fathers offering up their daughters up for rape, all god's law according to the scripture you seem to want to rely on.

Why accept your interpretation of the Bible?

Why accept the Bible at all?

Maybe you haven't noticed, but arguing from the Bible isn't going to get you very far with this crowd.

Your rant is nonsense.
