Can/Would ChurchCo ever DUMP their authoritarian style of 'leadership'?

I think this goes to the heart of the PHood matter.

WE KNOW that familes can survive & prosper with different personality styles...

Can ChurchCo?

I don't know if they could. For them to have a major meaningful change, they would have to admit to having a problem. Being God's church though, they can't admit to having problems, since he is perfect, and so would his church. That means the only direction blame can be placed is on the members, and that just makes the problem worse.

couldn't they 'behind the scenes' say: 'Knock it off guys'?
and by selection of future leaders allow only nicer people, people without a Big Stick?
