This guy ran for mayor in San Diego. I've been waiting until after the election so that it couldn't be misunderstood that I was trying to promote Nathan.

I've met him several times and I know he isn't Mormon, but there is something about his accent, or rhythm of speech, or something that reminds me of a Mormon missionary. I never noticed it in person, only on his commercials.

I just thought it was weird.

To me, he sounds military.

He was in the Marines so that makes sense.

The mormon missionary sound isn't unique, it is copied from salesmanship techniques. Maybe you are picking up on that.
