In a post yesterday Anagrammy indicated that all a wife had to do was basically wear some sexy lingerie and she could resolve anything with her husband.

That is so demeaning to men! We are not one dimensional. We have minds, and thoughts and are people.

Everybody knows that men are of two minds: the larger lobe and the smaller lobe.

Unfortunately for most men, the smaller lobe is not protected by a skull, so it tends to get brain-damaged a lot faster and can only work on a hormonal-response type level.

I'm not offended...but I can think of at least one "anything" that a wife may not be able to resolve in the manner referred to - the feeling surrounding the betrayal of adultery. My ex tried that with me after a year long affair. It didn't work.

I should have known by now, since most of the men in my life have so far chosen satisfying their sexual pleasures than staying true to the women they promised to be monogamous with. Go figure. Good thing I learned this before making *my* first mistake.

Modern society has a HUGE problem in that we have started expecting men and women to be the same. We are not, and never will be. Get used to it.
