In the temple ceremony Adam is asked if he has sold his. I always wondered just who it was he was supposed to be selling them to.

My observation is the church is doing just that. For 10% of your income they will sell you the signs and tokens. I would like to hear a prophet Seer and revelator explain to me how that is ok.

Hahaha. Chumley is a piece of work. I think he accidentally fell into a gold mine when he wasn't looking. Lucky Chumley.

Yeah, that'd be a tough sell. Anyone in the Mormon church won't buy them, since that would be blasphemous. And anyone not in their church won't buy them, since they'd realize that they're worthless.

So if you stand on the corner near temple square with a can and sign that says "Signs and tokens, a dollar each," I wonder how much you'd get in the course of an hour. Not much, I'd expect.

Not unlike the Catholic church being criticized for selling "indulgences" back in the middle ages.

Whenever someone in my family asks me if I have something, I like to reply, "oh I have them, but I do not sell it for money."

Also, when asked about money, I like to say that I have sufficient for my needs.

Quoting the temple movie *never* gets old.
