My mom thinks ill become a heathen if i dont go to church

When she said that, I really felt like saying "Do I detect a hint of jealousy in your voice?" I am forced to go by her every Sunday since I recently graduated HS and its the "only social thing I do." but I go home with her after SM. (I also think the bishop told someone to try to pressure me into staying, cause he always asks me every time.)
How can I show her otherwise?

You should have asked her what she meant by "heathen". Because it's either specifically Germanic or generic pagan, according to definition.

after being bitten by the apostacy bug the nite before.
