o/t Looking for legal forum/board for utah divorce issues

I just have lots of questions and have not hired a lawyer yet. That is in the works, but in the meantime, I could use the help.

Any Utah legals out there? Any info would be great!!

How do lawyers work it when you have NO money. Do they take payments? Since my ex should end up paying will they wait? What about knowing I have equity in the house? Just curious. I have NO money. Going to get TANF for this month and next. No more resources.

Um, I'm not a dad, so while the info is good, I am on the other side of it. I have heard their commercials while I was in Utah. I don't want to screw him over, just get what is fair.
