And coffee is good for relieving gout pain and stiffness.I've found that Irish Coffee is even better.

Also, it is delicious and you can put alcohol in it and nobody will ever know which makes it even more delicious :) Hooray for coffee and Bailey's!

I read that a while back. It's pretty much mandatory around here to have three cups a day for maximum benefit.

Just be careful and make sure you haven't got the dyed soybean s*** from Vietnam. I went to an Asian mart and ended up with this ridiculously cheap coffee that tasted really good. I kind of think it was illegal.

Anyway, I then found it said "coffee essence" as a main ingredient on the side and I had to know what that meant. I haven't found the ingredients exactly, but the roasting solution looked like motor oil....:(
