I don't know her, but my visceral response is the opposite of all of you apparently.
Maybe I'm naturally untrusting, or maybe it has something to do with having been lied to by TSCC, or maybe it's partly the fact that I'm a programmer and am constantly looking to prevent security holes, but my response is one of fear/distrust.
It likely is above board, but I worry about stalkers, identity thieves, and the like.
For instance, if her iPad had her credit card number, or passport number, etc... then he could be trying to get a name/address and then use that to steal her ID.
...again, I don't think any of that is likely... but my default is distrust.
