I think perceptions like this are one reason many women are unhappy. They will never live up to everyone's "perfect women." There are beautiful, perfect women of every shape, size, and color.

There are so many women and so many body types. I am turned on be everything from slim and athletic, to nicely plumped. I also love women of all races and ethnicities. Of course some days it seems that a love of diversity only opens the door to diverse forms of rejection.

The lady in the OP is way too tall, way too leggy, way too skinny.

I like a short wide skull, with very symmetrical features, big eyes, tiny chin and small mouth, short and thick/wide body type with heavy/curvy thighs/hips, full calves and sturdy ankles.

Such ladies are numerous in south India. :)

I'm 6'3" tall, have a 38.5" inseam, size 0/2 in skirts or jeans and fit that description. No one ever thinks that men can be too tall but somehow being over 5'8" is a detriment for a woman...

I'm just stating my personal preferences. Some like tall, I like short and stout. :) YMMV. I'm sure there are lots and lots of guys that prefer tall women, like saviorself (OP). And some guys hate on short plump ladies, should short ladies feel sensitive and hurt about the fact that society seems to hold up tall anorexic women as the ideal?
