I was thinking about how you rarely hear of apostles leaving the church these days. Also I have never been told of a prophet leaving. I think if one of them found the church wasn't true it would be a lot harder to leave.

Honestly if I was the prophet I think pride would keep me from leaving. Who wants to admit that everything you stood for was based on lies? It's hard enough admitting it to just yourself- can you imagine admitting it to the whole church?

Also you have all these people who literally think you are God's gift to the world.
