Does D&C 132 provide scriptural support for the second annointing?

As a validation for Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob being polygamous, that "because they did none other things than that which they were commanded, they have entered into their cexaltation, according to the promises, and sit upon thrones, and are not angels but are gods"(verse 37). Is that scriptural support for the second anointing, that becoming gods and receiving final judgment can and does happen before The Judgment?
