Urban blight in Philadelphia. Construction has started on the Moron Temple

There's all kinds of heavy equipment moving in, and the foundations are being dug. Not that you can just look over and see this, the building site has been surrounded with a cyclone fence with fake Christmas tree branches threaded through them so that no unhallowed eye may see. No signs or permits or anything to let the passer-by to know what is going on either. I'm going to encourage the local homeless population to use it as a urinal. ;-)
