No one has seriously said that I reminded them of anyone. But a missionary once joked that I reminded him of Miss Piggy. I kicked him in the shins under the table.
He said, "What?! Miss Piggy is a great sex symbol." I gave him the stink eye.
That's also the same Elder who asked me if I'd ever considered entering a wet t-shirt contest. Yeah. Unusual Elder.
My family calls me Daisy, from Mystic Pizza. Wrong color hair, but same curls and I wore it like that character's, plus used to waitress at a pizza place/ bar at the time that movie came out.
When I saw the movie Back to the Future it hit me. My b/f is Professor Brown.
He is always tinkering with electronic things. You should see his front yard at Halloween and Christmas.
His latest experiment (and it works), is a garage door opener mechanism that he remotely controls with his iPod touch. It is not a traditional garage door opener as that technology is invented. His take is the garage door opening mechanism is a candy dispenser so he can hand out boxes of Milk Duds on Halloween. He has spent hours to get the python(?) code to get the thing to stop and only advance one box......he can do two. He got some computer called a raspberry pie and he has this spaghetti bowl full of wire all joined together. I think he should leave it at that.
