Did I see the JS peep stone?

I remember as a child going to an exhibit/museum in Utah and seeing one of the JS peepstones (the one with a hole in the middle). I also vaguely remember the Jupiter talisman. Is this even possible? Was this stuff ever on public display?

I remember seeing the pepperbox pistol that JS killed two men with at carthage. The pistol was on display at the Church
Museum but of course no one read John taylors account of the gunfight in carthage jail where JS fired six times into the hallway.
The flock only knows of the "lamb to slaughter" story.
