Anyway, the guy has to be the biggest whineron thr planet. i'd say it's intended to be satirical or humorous, except that I don't thing the dN does either satire or humor because of it being a sin to laugh too loudly or too much.

BTW, my cousin got most (90%)of her tuition money back plus a prorated portion of her dorm fees (because they were able to fill her spot) It ended up being all but one week's pro-rated dorm and cafeteria costs, as she was there a few days early for the freshman fun stuff when she withdrew from BYU the second day of the semsester, but that was back when some of the people running the place still had hearts.
