All the comments are pro Mormon and many sound phoney. Not a single negative comment. It seems like some of the previous comments were deleted. And the likes vs dislikes is 178 to 35 when typically this would be reversed.

It has a bad smell.

Are they doing something to control and manipulate You Tube?

Google is a for profit enterprise, the LDS Church is paying Google, not posters, the LDS church wants an effective PR campaign. Remember CEOs have said it is immoral for them to not provide their company profits over any other morality (CEOs and executives can be some of the largest shareholders)

Is there anything in that scenario that forbids Google from googling with their format to provide the LDS church what they are paying for.

Thus money can buy good PR which can buy acceptance. Welcome to America, it's in the constitution, tongue in cheek.

Plus, almost nobody in the UK really understands what the serious issues with TSCC are. So they are much less likely to respond negatively. Does the absence of negative make positive? TSCC certainly thinks so. They have always misinterpreted people's politeness for acquiescence. And of course they sift through the multitude of responses and pick out the best ones.

If they had a cat in it, the likes and dislikes would be exponentially higher.

That is such a small number that I would not put too much credibility in the thoughts of manipulation.

If it were 17 million to 35 million, it would be a different story.

Regarding the current situation, one bishop from could create that many likes from comments on the pulpit.
