BYU use of humor to desensitize students against

In watching one the many LDS offerings now available on YOU TUBE I happened upon

It seems the think tankers are now making great effort using humor to desensitize students against the many, many illogical and unlikely facts and numbers postulated within the pages of the Book of Mormon.

I can see this working to their great advantage. By the time a student is faced with a real world challenge to Mormon "logic" (s)he will likely respond with a "so? You know, that reminds me of a funny story...."
