From TBM relatives: a cheap backpack for DH and a fanny pack for me, for our 72-hour kits -- plus a list of what we were supposed to put in them.
From my mother: a reindeer-shaped breadbox (complete with antlers!).
From the local sub-for-santa contingent one year: 1970s-era coats (many with stains, broken zippers, tears, etc) for my kids and a giant sack of pancake mix for me.
