The ties should mirror the YW color of the month.
For the sisters maybe a nice choker in the color of the month with a cameo of the temple.

Makes me want to throw up a little.

If you have any human dignity, don't give the mishies ANOTHER BLINKIN' TIE! They have enough of those things, resent having to wear them EVERY DAMN DAY and will probably hate wearing ties for the rest of their lives. Something that is unique to you or the area they're serving in would probably be treasured for years to come, whereas the tie will probably be discarded with the rest of them.
