Not being American or a mega sports fan the relevance and importance of the Superbowl eludes me. However,with family(TBM) in Seattle the rising excitement was obvious in their Facebook posts with lots of photos of kids and adults in Seahawk jerseys.

Then come Sunday this post from TBM matriarch of the family:

"Choose ye this day who you shall serve, but as for me and my house, we will serve the lord."

Bleh! Talk about sucking pleasure out of anything. Hope they younger generation skipped church and got full enjoymeny out of the game.

Looks like the Salt Lake Leeches have a game every weekend.

There have been certain relatives who self righteously posted about how they are above all the Superbowl hoopla, and to them I say "So why post about it. Keep thy wet blanket to thyself."

I would rather serve beer than serve an imaginary deity.
