oh my! check out this scathing review of TSCC & adoption laws (link)

Why would a supposedly family-friendly state, a state heavily influenced by the LDS, adopt such a reprehensible policy that benefits nobody but the LDS?

Thanks for sharing this. I am shocked that "the family church" would conspire to keep a father from his child. My heart goes out to him and others in his shoes.
