the PNW has Plenty of descendants in the Lee family, this guy uses the 'First Initial' thing common in Mo wanna-bees.

No Indication as of this moment that he's LDS, however; someone closer?

Grant County is just North of the Tri-Cities area that has a lot of mormons. So chances are pretty good he is LDS.

I am pretty sure he is not LDS.

I live and work in the Moses Lake/Ephrata area. Ephrata is the county seat.

I had not heard of Mr. Lee going by his first initial, like so many mormon royalty. Everyone around here refers to him as Mr. Lee, or Angus.

When he moved here to this little town, he and his wife instantly became somewhat well-known, as they were both military officers off active duty. It was apparent right from the start that he was one of those political, upwardly mobile types. And yes, our system here is pretty f'ed up.

1 attorney and 1 judge mentioned in the article for serious transgressions are mormons, however.

I just contacted his office & asked which law school & date of his graduation; the people I talked with said they didn't know/weren't available for a response-reply.
I left a message.

What I'm reading about this... IF the allegations/suggestions are accurate... reads Exactly a copy of how slippery with things like this I've often found LDS Elites to be....

Always near the edges of unethical if not illegal acts, yet maintain the 'mantle' of being 'chosen'.

snowowl, others:

I knew some LDS Lees in Seattle, 'back in the day'; it wouldn't surprise me.

How many stakes/wards can there be in Ephrata?
Someone has a directory...

and BTW, 'county prosecutor' here in WA is called the 'County Attorney' or such in other places, the Prosecutor is responsible for county civil matters as well...

I think he is closer to an inbred devil than a Christian.
