How do you pay tithing directly to headquarters?
Not wanting to pay full tithing. Hope they don't report how much you pay because I'm not wanting the ward to know I only send $20 a month in.
Need temple recommend.

Several decades ago I mailed my check to the presiding bishop at the church office bldg. They mailed me back a receipt.

Did this a half dozen times. Always from a po box. They did send me a letter once asking for a street address. I wrote back I lived overseas and traveled a lot for the government.

Other than an end of year letter summary they only contacted me after I mailed in a check.

The most important thing to remember is that they WILL report what you paid to your BP UNLESS you contact them after setting up the account and specifically request that they not do that.
In that case all the BP will get is notice that you paid somethimg, but not how much. But, you'd better read up on what they say on NOM.
