As far as TBM families go, I should not complain...about the Utah ones anyway. We are, sorry to borrow the phrase, using the don't ask don't tell policy. They can be openly TBM. They don't ask about my beliefs and I keep my mouth shut. I know I'm lucky they don't openly attack me, but I'm tired of silently listening to their faith promoting stories, judgements of those not as "righteous", and endless church patter. They aren't bad people. The pretending makes it seem like a waste of time. Watching their kids being brainwashed is painful. I am going to take a copy of the CES letter with me. I'm sure it will stay in my suitcase, but if someone dares to ask if I'm ever going back to church, I'm going to give them the real answer. Just venting. Thanks.
