A guy who used to do electrical work for me became a city inspector. He was one of the people who had to sign off on all things electrical as they were building the new conference center. He told me that in the basement there are bunker-like rooms with walls six feet thick, in case of some sort of attack (nuclear/zombie?) so much for "The Lord will protect us."
