This ignorant girl who determines truth from the way she is feeling is very common in TSCC. On top of that every human wants acceptance from their parents and family. This girl wants the comfort of TSCC and will get it.

I'd love to see the cult crumble but this girl shows that it probably won't.

Her feelings of acceptance when she says what they want her to say, and the pat on the back for correctly repeating what they say to her is what testifies to her that it is true.

Like the school of fish or the cloud of blackbirds, only complete conformity can prevent a collision with those around you.

Ya, how the hell do you discern what the goals of the church are in the first place?
