Father Knows Best

After graduating from his hovering lesson, Moroni was instructed by his Heavenly Father to go through the chimney of the Smith cabin and to deliver a massage that would change the world.

Moroni didn't want to soil his white robe and so, ignored Father's directive.

The church would have grown mightily from Day One had Moroni simply obeyed with exactness.
