If it is, there will be a huge fallout of members. Too much media focus on Warren Jeffs to consider reinstatement. My final answer is NO.

Not that I think they'll reinstate it, but...

Given the basis for legal decisions on SSM, a legal argument *could* be made for legalizing it, as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult.

Just sayin'...

They could allow African men to be sealed to their legally married plural wives with a small change of policy. Doctrinally there would be no problem. Members in the US wouldn't need to know about it.
