That pretty much sums up TSCC in a nutshell. On January 21, 2015, I sent them a resignation email letting them know that I would not be meeting with any local authorities and I desired no contact from them other than by mail to let me know that my resignation had been processed. Today the missionaries stopped by while I was gone and DW was home. They knew our name and asked if we would be interested in talking with them. My wife told them no and that we were catholic (a lie but who cares) and sent them on their way. She could tell that one of them looked like he really didn't wanna be there and would rather be doing anything else. Poor kid. Fucking arrogant, controlling cult.

That kid knows they look like fools when they show up at homes where they know they are unwelcome.

Yep. I got drug to houses like that with overzealous companions when I was a mishie and experienced the same shame.

"Actually, we're catholic, but you two young men look like use some ice cream or a root beer. Come on in."

Nothing wrong with serving treats to guests, but why do it if it isn't someone the host enjoys and the "guests" don't actually want to be there?
