temple update?

From February 2015 Cedar City newsletter: Last month at a City Site-Plan meeting, the LDS temple was presented for review. The location is 280 South Cove Drive. The review was to address various utility locations, building and parking locations and to discuss any building code items. No dates have been offered for ground breaking or beginning of construction.
