The Mormon-connected Marriott Corporation today issued a blistering attack on a recently-passed Indiana law that allows businesses to discriminate against gays and lesbians if the business owners feel that providing goods and services to known homosexuals violates their personal religious beliefs.
Marriott President and CEO Arne Sorenson pulled no punches in denouncing the law.

An LDS spokesman said details of the newly-announced revelations would be released in an upcoming anonymous Church essay. The Mormon Church's abrupt reversal on its anti=Marriott doctrine has been widely reported by Salt Lake media (if you do not count the Deseret News, the Church News, KSL radio, KSL TV, KBYU, the BYU Daily Universe, the Ensign, ward newsletters and patriarchal blessings).
