Forgiveness

Just read an article on the science of forgiveness: http://www.dailygood.org/more.php?n=6286

It seems these days, forgiveness is all the rage with even Oprah getting in on the action. Science is providing tools to enable people to forgive rather than religion that only tells them to.

Here in RfM land, there is a lot to forgive. The Mormon tools don't work because forgiveness isn't magic. You don't just say a few words and poof it happens. It takes practice and effort. Maybe that's what's beautiful about it, because the payoff is huge.
