As I am going to visit Utah this autumn I was wandering what should I wear on this trip, especially that I plan to visit some Mormon museums and places important for that religion. Can I wear patterned thighs there, or would it be considered inappropriate . Pretty much all my tights are patterned as I have a muscular male legs (which is obvious since I am a male) and they make them look more skinny. What skirts would be considered ok (no I do not plan to wear miniskirts – I am a decent guy and do not wear anything revealing to churches or museums). A tartan skirt and sheer tights should be fine as casual wear. Definitely no patterned tights. You'll want a long-sleeved full-length dress with UGG boots for museums. A neatly trimmed moustache should be fine, but a beard might lead to a long chat with law enforcement. As far as makeup goes, less is more: the goal is to make it look like you have a makeup-free, naturally flawless face.

Go Scottish. Utah loves the kilt, bagpipes, etc., But as a fellow crossdresser, if you must go en femme, denim jumper and long-sleeved top with monotoned tights and demure mary jane flats or even Crocs are recommended to blend In. The mustache should pass fine, as long as you're portraying a post-menopausal Mormon mom.
