O/T - Into the belly of the beast! Need a good realtor in SE SLC

Hey all,

Long time lurker, occasional poster here. So 7 years after my ex took my kids and moved to Utah to remarry (from Cali), I'm finally in a position to move myself closer so I can participate in their day to day lives! Seriously huge moment for me - very proud of myself for scaling the financial mountain to make this happen.

Of course this isn't my ideal place to land.. but regardless of what I feel, this IS/WILL continue to be home for my kids who are currently toward the end of elementary school.

But all that aside.. I'm posting here looking for a good realtor who knows the Sandy/surrounding areas and who would work with a motivated/financially prepared out-of-state buyer.

If anyone knows a realtor who fits the bill, please let me know!

We met these folks when were living in Sandy, UT. They were active in the Methodist church there. When we moved back to So Calif, they did a good job selling our house at a good price.

My aunt and cousin are realtors

in SLC. I trust them 100%.
