(mish sighting) small lettering on mish sleeves???

I was on a 4-day week-end to Sandpoint, ID;

while there on Sunday, 2 mish's had some small, identical appearing lettering on their sleeves. Since I was driving, I couldn't see what this was.

Monday ('Preparation' formerly 'Diversion day'), I was @ w.mart & saw other pairs without this...
Does anyone know what's going on here?


I can't imagine anything more boring/disappointing than being a LDS missionary today.
