Tapir dan had an article in the slt today, listing evidence for the first vision witnesses seeing the gold plates. He bypasses the account of them seeing the plates in their mind's eye. Any thoughts anyone?

...which is: Whether there were three witnesses, eight witnesses, or 308 witnesses to the alleged golden plates, that wouldn't wash away the numerous anachronisms in the book which prove that it's a 19th-century fraud. Because the book is a fraud, the witnesses were either liars or dupes. And Daniel Peterson is a dupe for even thinking that he is making an intelligent argument.
