It's turning into a Crown Royal Black kind of an evening. It's been a beautiful sunny day here in southern Alberta. Been working outside in our large yard cutting grass and doing spring cleanup and a large CR Black on ice just went down really well...an encore may be in order. What say y'all?

Well...it may be Thursday where you are, but it is "Sunday" here...so I say that an encore is totally appropriate.

:) :) :)

Sure Ron. Pour one for me too.

If I'm not over by time the ice half melts, then just go ahead and drink it for me. :)

I just had an *encore* of a bowl of Chipotle salad, follow-up to watching "Clouds of Sils Maria," starring Juliette Binoche and Kristen Stewart..

The movie was intriguing. The salad hit the spot. A Coca Cola accompanied the salad bowl. All in all, it's been a lovely day where I am, right below Canada, just on the eastern side of the continent.

Now Ron, don't get me hooked on CR again.

I used to carry a flask of that stuff around with me while on vacation in New Orleans.

I may just have to go purchase a bottle and toast a great Canadian friend I have never met...

There are a few of you on here I'm like to bend an elbow with before I'm done.

I went out with friends last night for beers myself.

We had 3 different pitchers, a IPA from Seattle (Can't remember the name) Shocktop, and Stella. All 3 were great. But what was better was being able to go out with friends for beers. I LOVE doing that!

To quote the folks from "The Kitchen:"

It's always five o'clock somewhere!

Enjoy.

... every holiday, celebration, whatever, should have an Eve. Hell, even Adam had an Eve!

With that in mind, I submit that every Friday is cause for celebration which would, by default, make Thursday 'Friday Eve'

Since food and drink are required of any celebration (its a federal law ya know), then you would be most remiss in your duties indeed should you abstain even in the slightest degree.

Hope that clears things up!

Party on, mate
