Unless LDS,Inc. is holding them accountable for temple attendance, their jobs should be pretty easy. Temple attendance in those places is nearly nil.

Typical day: Unlock temple. Blow dust off tables and counters. Check email and voice mail to see if anyone has signed-up to attend sessions. Check mailbox. Pay electric bill. Lock-up temple. Go home. Easy peasy.
