What Jeff Holland didn't say

Correct me if I'm wrong, but per the reports of his latest rant, did he ever say, "I know it's true because Jesus and Moroni both appeared and told me"?

He said he had lots of "witnesses" throughout his life. So did James Talmadge. Talmadge apparently was aided in his spiritual quest by mind-altering substances.
