I expect the local Mormon congregations up here will be praying for rain (not the first time they've done that) soon, cause it's really dry now, and if a big hail storm hammers the crops they'll probably do a "God's Will" bullshit excuse.

A bit of history:

Rick Perry called for prayer to avoid a drought on May 21, 2008.

The summer of 2008 was the WORST DROUGHT IN HISTORY for Texas.

I have my own theory on why this happened. I think Rick Perry
prayed for an end to the drought and ended his prayer with "in
the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the . . . er . .
. um . . . and . . . of the . . . uhhhh . . . hmmmmm."
