baura -- what happened to "on this day in mormon history?"

I know they were a lot of work, and I understand if you got tired of doing them.
But they were very much appreciate...:)

These are my favorite posts!

I would it is a bit of a pain to post them each day or on a very regular basis close to each day.

I wish this site or some other similar site would archive them (e.g., in short topics) so you could just go through at your leisure. But what do I know. I think they would be perfect at mormonthink.

A thought I just had from your post really cracked me up.

It's as if the ward clerk periodically just says fuck it for some time off and walks away from his calling til he was damn good and ready to return to his clerical duties fully knowing the bishop won't say shit because the clerk knows where the bodies are buried

Meanwhile, the congregation is freaking out til his certain return.

Anyhoo, Godspeed dear Baura, wherever you are.
