This made my local nightly news. Im on the east coast. So it's not only being mentioned by the big outlets, its being mentioned by the local ones as well.

Here is some stats that gave another perspective on the world of LDS inc.

They boast of 15 MILLION members WORLD WIDE.
There are 19 **MILLION** veterans living HERE, in AMERICA.
More American vets here in the USA than Mormons, world wide.

I can't imagine this decision will be upheld on appeal. I think the judge may even be censured. He sounds like a real piece of work.

The problem is that IF it's reversed on appeal, the child will have spent months to a year or more in another home.
So sad, all the way around.

This story has now hit the UK media.
It is currently running in The Guardian, a UK national newspaper.
It is scathing of the Utah judge and along with many angry comments is the suggestion of religious motivation.
