Apparently there are guys at BYU who are using the revelation angle to try to get into girls' pants. But not to worry; BYU stalkers are "fairly benign."

That's the problem, you have no idea if and when the creepy guy/gal is going to go all Glenn Close on you.

No one has a right to tail someone for their own reasons or to fulfill their own agenda.

"BYU was recently ranked the safest college in the United States by Niche and Business Insider, and it follows that most stalkers at BYU are fairly benign."

Wow what a faulty but of logic.

Anybody else got an reason for this? Hmmm.. Perhaps a culture of ignoring and suppression of criminal acts. Leading artificially low official stats.

There is is no question that these type of crimes are grossly under reported at BYU.

So... if you're a fancy-talkin', campus stalkin' geek and get a letter from campus cops, be benign, and simply leave the bleeding cult behind.

"BYU Campus Police offers a No Contact letter that prohibits further contact between the two parties and can lay groundwork if a future stalking injunction is necessary."

Gee, a church that teaches you can have "personal revelation" from the HG his own self, and then wonders why this weird shite happens?

After my brother got back from his mission, a couple of bishops felt "inspired" to hook him up with a couple of Sweet Spirits.

Even he didn't toe *that* line.

I was a victim of these stalking / pressuring tactics, a few times and it is all about the guy's agenda.

Being so young when I "joined" (at 17), I learned quickly that a mormon man is just as horn-knee as a non-mormon man, if not more so because of the taboos. Just because a guy claims to have the "priesthood" doesn't mean his p-enis and intentions are any holier than any other guys'...

The travesty is when the girls are taught that the man's revelation is never to be questioned. Girls/ women need to know the difference between what is real and genuine for her and what is disingenuous or a real crock of ****.

All girls need to be taught how to protect themselves from all men, whether mormon or not...and she should have all the power to say no...or yes, if she wants.
