What is the percentage of BIC that stay with religion after leaving Mormonism?

I think it's about 25%. Not sure if anyone has a more educated number?

I do know that people that converted are more likely than BIC to go on to another religion.

Anyone have statistics on these things?

Some BIC marry non-Mormons and wind up converting to the new spouse's religion.

I'd be surprised if its even that high, if this board is an indicator.

BIC's tend to go agnostic/atheist.

Converts tend to revert back to what they were before joining the Mormon church.

I once heard a Protestant clergyman from Utah say that about one third of most non-LDS Utah congregations are made up of former Mormons. Maybe you can extrapolate something from that.

When I finally leave there will be no other religion for me. I will finally be done with the whole magic thinking crowd.
